Karen is a Certified Play Therapist working with children, young people and their parents.

Karen completed her undergraduate degree in psychology, then trained and worked as a youth worker. She worked in many areas of social care over the past 15 years, working with all ages of children and young people.

​

Karen is on the register of Play and Creative Arts Therapists managed by Play Therapy UK, and meets the standards for professional best practice annually, taking part in continuous professional development throughout the year.

Karen is also a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
